Chilly Day Mango Cinnamon Smoothie



Here's a treat. I whip up smoothies all the time, but this one was worth writing down.





1 cup frozen mango chunks
2 cups cold almond milk
1 t cinnamon
1 T hemp powder
1 cup coconut or vanilla yogurt

Blend until smooth and fluffy. It's the cinnamon that really makes it good!
